Are your products really homemade?
Yes, absolutely. Every product is handcrafted in small batches in our home kitchen in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh using traditional recipes and natural ingredients. No factory, no machines — just hands and heart.
Do your products contain preservatives?
No. None of our products contain artificial preservatives, colours, or flavours. This is why our shelf life is shorter than packaged store-bought products — freshness is our priority.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Shelf life varies by product:
• Laddus & Sweets – 15–30 days at room temperature
• Snacks (Pakoda, Gavvalu, Mixture) – 20–30 days at room temperature
• Spice Powders (Rasam, Munagaku Podi) – 3–6 months
• Pickles – Up to 3 months
Always store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for best results.
How should I store the products after opening?
Store all products in an airtight container, away from moisture and sunlight. Always use a dry spoon. Refrigeration can extend freshness for laddus and pickles.

What is your return policy?
Since our products are freshly made food items, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.
How do I report a problem with my order?

How long do refunds take?
